Beer Battered Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Flour

1 Cup of Beer

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

Your choice of Oil for frying

2lbs Shrimp

DIRECTIONS

1. Using a mixing bowl, combine the beer, flour, salt, and cayenne pepper mix well. 

2. let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours. 

3. Batter up the shrimp and fry at 350 °F for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
